Last Minute Deals
Beaches Resorts has last minute deals so they can fill last minute gaps in occupancy. You get one night free when you stay 3 or 4 nights. This deal is also compatible with other current deals, so you get the benefit of both discounts.
The downside is they are typically limited to a maximum of 4 nights total. There’s a trick if you want more than 4 nights, you can book back-to-back last minute deals. You might need to swap rooms for the different bookings, but it’s a way to stay more nights.
Last minute bookings are generally within 45 days of the travel date. For travelers with more flexibility, these can offer some of the biggest discounts.
First Passport Special
Your baby’s new passport is also a ticket to savings at Beaches! You’ll get a $135 resort credit when you present your newly issued passport for a child that is 5 years or younger on bookings that are 5 nights or more. You just need to register the booking after completing your booking.
Note that you will also need to bring the physical passport when you check-in to receive the credits. You can get this for up to 2 children, or up to $270 in resort credits.
Online Booking Deals
Simply make your reservation online and get an instant $500 credit for your booking depending on how long your reservation is for. For example, if you pay for 10 nights at Beaches Turks & Caicos, you will get $500 off the rack pricing. If the booking is for 6 nights, you will still get $400 off, and so on. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout depending on the resort and number of nights you stay.
Military Discount
Beaches Resorts always offers 10% for first responders and military personnel. This includes active military, veterans, active police, active firefighters, FEMA employees, and EMTs.
To get the discount, you first make your booking like normal, then you will create a Beaches account (or sign in) to verify your eligibility with your service credentials. Once you are approved, the 10% off will be applied to the total price of the booking.
Group Specials
Beaches Resorts offers several group booking deals for for family outings, weddings, corporate gatherings, and social events. When you book 10 or more rooms, a discount of up to 15% is automatically applied. Additionally, you will combine that with a free room for every 5th and 9th rooms that are booked. The specific discounts will depend on the time of year you are booking.
For very large groups, we can work out a custom contract rate. I suggest contacting us to work through the details if this is your case.
Scuba groups of 10 rooms or more can also complimentary private dives, additional benefits for dining, and discounts on other activities.
How To Get The Best Deals
Here are my favorite tips for the best Beaches deals so you can get your dream vacation for a fraction of the price:
- Travel Dates: The best time to book is during the low seasons which is generally June to November, while the busy season is between December to May. You can not only get great deals on resort bookings but airfare is also cheaper during the low season. I recommend adding the trip protection if you travel between September and October specifically just in case of any tropical storms.
- Seasonal Sales: You can get air travel credits, resort credits, free excursions, and discounts off rack pricing depending on the sale going on. Typically there’s always a sale, some are better than others, but you will be able to take advantage of the current promotions. The best one of the year tends to be Black Friday, but there are many good sales throughout the year.
- Resort Categories: The different room categories will make a big difference. Luxury Level is generally the least expensive, then Concierge Level is in the middle, and Butler Level is the premium category. All of the Beaches Resorts are 5-star, so you can’t go wrong, but some people figure that they will not spend much time in the room so it’s not too important to them, while others may prefer beachfront views or butler service. It’s entirely up to your preferences.
- Combine Promotions: You can often combine promotions like last minute deals, military discounts, and the 777 deal to maximize your savings. It will often depend on the specific sales that or currently being offered, some can be stacked with each other while some cannot.
- Free Honeymoon Package: Book a stay for 3 or more nights within one year of your wedding and to get the free honeymoon package, which includes turndown service with flowers on your first night, sparkling wine, and a special breakfast in bed the morning of your choosing. Register your booking after making it to get the package.
- Free Anniversary Night: Get a free anniversary night when you stay in a Concierge or Butler Level room for 7 or more nights. You need to stay within 30 days of your wedding anniversary and also register your booking within 14 days after making it.
- Airfare Deals: I like to book within promotional windows that specifically have air credits or you can track the flights in advance to get the best airfare deals. Sometimes you can get up to $500 in air credits to the different resorts.
