Every couple staying at a Sandals Resort can get a free honeymoon package if your honeymoon is within 12 months of your wedding date.
Here is what’s included in the package:
- Chilled sparkling wine arranged in your room to share a toast and kick off the honeymoon right.
- Special bed turndown service with flower petals on the first night of your honeymoon.
- Breakfast in bed on a morning of your choice. Get a delightful breakfast with fresh flowers delivered right to your bed.
- Free 20 minute photo session, to be reserved separately in advance to ensure availability. You can always book a longer session if you want, but it will cost extra.
- With certain Sandals wedding packages, you can also get $100 credit towards a private candlelight dinner, spa treatments, activities, or a beach cabana for your honeymoon.
All you need to do is create your booking, and register your booking to receive the offer. You can register your booking by filling out the form on the Sandals website or by contacting a Certified Sandals Specialist at least 30 days before your departure. A copy of your marriage certificate or wedding invitations will be required to verify your wedding date.

Ways To Enhance Your Honeymoon
Candlelight Dinner: There’s nothing more romantic than a private candlelight dinner under the stars with your personal butler! Imagine a secluded dinner between you and your partner with a four course meal, flowers, and candles. The price for a candlelight dinner is only $199 per couple, which is an amazing value for everything you get. Make sure to reserve this in advance as there are a limited number of spots each night.
Couple’s Massage: The on-site Red Lane Spa offers a variety treatments and massages that are ideal for honeymooners. There are several couples massages to choose from whether you get it at the spa, on the beach, or in one of the tropical gardens. My personal favorite is the Scents Of Love Couples Massage, which is $357 for 60 minutes. Each resort’s offerings and availability will vary. I recommend looking at your specific resort to check the spa schedule online ahead of time.
Sunset Catamaran Cruise: A sunset catamaran cruise is the perfect way to relax on a private boat while discovering the coastline. You get a transfer from the resort to the port where you will board the Catamaran for a romantic outing. Enjoy Caribbean music, island-inspired food, cocktails, and snorkeling. Best of all, you will see the stunning orange and pink hues of the sunset. The Island Routes desk at the hotel will be able to arrange any outings you would like, the cruise costs around $115 per person and lasts about 4 hours.
Private Beach Cabana: Rent a private cabana for two by the pool or the beach for around $150 per day. Each cabana comes with a private butler who will escort you from your room to your cabana in the morning. It comes with a breakfast of your choice, and unlimited food and drinks throughout the day. You will get a cell phone to contact your butler, who will be there until 5:00 PM to deliver anything you need. This is an especially good deal for those that didn’t get a Butler Suite, but want the full butler experience for a day!
Typical Cost For A Sandals Honeymoon
The typical cost for a Sandals honeymoon ranges between $4,000 – $7,500. This will vary depending on the specific resort, the room level, and how long you are staying. The average honeymoon is 7 nights. That said, there are accommodations at every price point.
If you stay in one of the least expensive resorts, like Sandals Ochi, you can get a 7 night honeymoon for less than $3,000. On the other hand, if you stay in an overwater bungalow with butler service at other resort locations, a 7 night stay can cost over $15,000. It just depends on your preferences, and I’m happy to help if you need feedback.
One feature I like is that Sandals offers an online registry for honeymoons and weddings that allows your guests to contribute directly to your stay, give room upgrades, and pay for extras like candlelight dinners, massages, or excursions. It’s an easy way to get your honeymoon paid for!
Pro Tip: It is possible to stay in multiple resorts and multiple rooms during your honeymoon. Creating a split stay can not only allow for more budget flexibility, but also allow you to see different places during your honeymoon. Note that on islands like Jamaica and St. Lucia, you also get full access to the neighboring Sandals locations for free.

Sandals offers romantic honeymoon suites that are created to maximize the romantic ambiance. Whether it’s a beachfront walkout, on a bluff overlooking the Caribbean, or with your own private pool sanctuary, they all feature unmatched privacy that I love for these occasions.
When you are looking at the different rooms at a particular resort on the Sandals website, you can filter by the different room levels, room type, and view. Note, however, that pricing for the different honeymoon suites can differ significantly between the different resorts.
