There’s a lot of ways to save when it comes to booking your all-inclusive Sandals Resort vacation. But it can be easy to miss out on deals or leave money on the table by overlooking the latest promotions. In fact, most of our clients didn’t even know a lot of these deals existed or know how to go about getting them.
That’s where we come in! As a Sandals Certified Specialist that has sent thousands of happy couples on their dream getaway over the last 10 years, we know all the insider tips and tricks to save you the most money on your next booking.

All-Inclusive Vacation Deals
Last Minute Deals
Sandals Last Minute Deals are a great way to fill gaps in unused resort occupancy and get big savings. When you make a booking of at least 3 nights, you will get one night free. This is in addition to the instant discount credit when booking online and the existing discounts on rack pricing. Generally last minute deals will be bookings made within 30 days or less from the departure date.
Generally, last minute deals are 3 -6 nights, but a pro tip is that you can book back-to-back last minute deals to get more nights at the same discount if you want.
To get the best deals, wait to book your trip 3 weeks or less before you depart. But just because they are last minute, doesn’t mean we can’t create a pre-trip checklist ahead of time. I always recommend making the proper arrangements for your trip and giving considerations to anything that might be required for your vacation in advance.
You can search the last minute deals for all 17 Sandals Resorts. Click on the button that says “Last Minute Deals” and a calendar will pop up to display all of the available dates and rooms.
The 777 Deals
Every week, Sandals Resorts offers a limited time 777 deal to get the biggest discounts for your booking. The 777 deal provides an additional 7% off of 7 specific room categories, for stays of 7 days or longer. This can lead to final prices that are over 70% off rack rates!
The offer is valid for specific travel windows depending on the room category and resort.
This promotion is also subject to blackout dates but, on the good side, it’s combinable with all of the other promotions and Loyalty & Travel Desk discounts.
You will see the different rooms available and be able to check out the features of the room and the discount pricing on the 777 Deals webpage.
Pro Tip: Sandals updates the 777 deals every week on Wednesday. This means you can keep checking on Wednesdays to see if your preferred resort is featured on the 777 deal as there is limited availability for these rooms.
Online Booking Instant Credits
When you book online, you will automatically get an online discount of $100. That is in addition to an instant credit of up to $1,000 that will be deducted from the final booking price. The total instant credit will depend on the number of nights you stay and the specific resort. For example, a 7 night stay at St. Vincents will get you a $1,000 instant credit, while a 7 night stay at Montego Bay will get you a $605 credit.
These two promotions will be combined, so you can save up to $1,100 simply by booking online or with a Sandals Travel Agent.
Service Member Discount
In appreciation of all service members, you can book online and then register your booking to get an additional 10% discount. This applies for military, national guard, reserves, police, firefighter, EMT, and FEMA members. To qualify for the discount, you or your spouse can be an active or retired armed forces veteran, or work in any of the above occupations.
Note that this discount is applied after making your booking. You will need to submit a form to rateadj@uvltd.com with verification of your affiliation to receive the discount, and again when you check in. Make sure to bring your identification with you at check in or you will potentially need to pay the difference! The military discount can be combined with all other discounts, which can translate into big savings.
Discount Off Rack Rates
When you stay 3 nights or more, you can get discounts up to 65% off rack rates. Since the minimum number of nights for any Sandals promotion is 3 nights, you can usually get a 3 night vacation for the price of one or two nights. So even if you are on a tight budget, consider staying 3 nights because it sets you up for huge savings. The nice thing with this discount is it is for practically any room category, for any dates, and it combines with all other promotions.
One Free Night
Sandals will occasionally offer a free night for select resorts and room categories. This means when you stay for 6 or more nights, you will receive 1 free night (7 total nights). Although the booking window for this offer is flexible, it is not available for all room categories. Usually the free night is offered on higher end room categories like butler or club level suites. Therefore it might not be worth it if you simply want the cheapest price, but for someone who wants a luxury experience, it can help out a lot.

Dine Out Credit And Mini Cooper Adventure
Sandals Royal Bahamian and Sandals Royal Curacao have a couple of bonus promotions when booking for 7 nights or longer in a butler level suite. You get a $250 dining credit toward several curated restaurants in the area. This also includes transfers to and from the restaurants. You also get a fully-serviced Convertible MINI Cooper for 3.5 hours (either morning or afternoon session) to adventure around Curacao or Nassau on your own. So far these promotions are unique to only Royal Bahamian and Royal Curacao.
Seasonal Sales
Opportunistically book your vacation during seasonal sales like Black Friday, Winter Blues Sale, Holiday Week Specials, and more. These deals offer limited time promotions with big discounts off rack pricing, instant credits, airfare credits, spa credits, and experience credits toward tours. Each one is a little different, but they all offer exceptional savings if you can make the timing work.

Honeymoons, Weddings, And Anniversaries
Free Honeymoon Package
Your honeymoon is a time to relax after saying your “i dos”. When you stay at Sandals within 30 days of your wedding, the Honeymoon Package is included for free. This includes a bottle of sparkling wine in your room upon arrival, flower petals on your bed for the first evening, and a special breakfast in bed with fresh flowers on any morning you choose. To qualify for the free package, you need to first make your booking for a minimum of 3 nights at any Sandals location. Then you will register your booking and submit proof of your wedding date with your marriage certificate or wedding invitation.
Free Anniversary Night
When you book a minimum of 7 nights in a butler or club level suite at any resort of your choosing, you will get 1 night free. First make your booking, and then you need to register your booking and upload your marriage certificate that proves your anniversary is within 30 days of your booking. And viola, your booking will be updated with a free night credit! This can be combined with the discount pricing and instant online credits too. Overall, it might not lead to the lowest price possible because you need to book a premium suite to get it, but it allows you to essentially get a butler level suite for the price of a lower tiered room. With the butler service, you can make all of your preferences ahead of time to ensure your anniversary is unforgettable.

Test Drive Your Wedding
If you’re considering a destination wedding at a Sandals Resort, you probably want to check out the venue and meet the onsite wedding team. Sandals offers a wedding Test Drive for engaged couples to book up to 3 nights and experience it for themselves. The price depends on the specific resort, but it ranges from $275 per night to $450 per night. With this package you get access to everything that is included in a typical Sandals stay, but you also have one-on-one meetings with their wedding experts and checkout the different options for venues, catering, cake tastings, decor, and more.
If you decide to book your wedding after the Test Drive, you can get up to a $1,350 credit depending on the size of your wedding group, so your Test Drive more than pays for itself! Note that Test Drive stays are offered only Sunday-Wednesday and reservations are subject to availability.
Free Elopement Or Petite Wedding Ceremony
If you decide to have an elopement or petite wedding ceremony (meaning 1 – 5 rooms), then the couple can get a free “Sweetheart Wedding Package”. To get the complimentary package, the bride and groom need to stay for at least 7 nights in a Butler or Club category suite. I think this is a great deal because you can have your wedding and honeymoon at the Sandals Resort for 7 or more days, and you get the ceremony and honeymoon package for free! The caveat to the free Petite Wedding ceremony is it needs to be Monday – Thursday, but you can pay $250 extra to have it on the weekend if you want.
Group Booking Specials
Group Discounts
Sandals Resorts offers several group booking deals. This goes for social events, weddings, or corporate outings.
When you book 10 or more rooms, a discount of 10% – 13% is automatically applied. The specific discount rate will depend on the time of year for your booking. Additionally, that discount is combined with a free room for every 5 rooms that are booked, for a maximum of 5 complimentary rooms. For example, you will get the 6th room free when you book 5 rooms, and the 12th room free when you book 11 rooms, etc. Note that the minimum stay for group specials is 3 nights.
On top of the discounted room rates, group bookings get other benefits as well. For example, you will get free group dining and specialized scuba diving excursions.
Loyalty Rewards
Sandals Select Rewards Program
The Sandals Select Reward Program provides exclusive benefits that can add up to big savings, and even free nights. Every stay racks up points that you can use toward future bookings. For example, you will get 5,000 reward bonus points after just your first stay. Every dollar you spend at the resort will accumulate points as well.
There are also benefits like a free Red Lane Spa gift card, discounts on tours, VIP customer service, private cabanas, and much more!
There are also times where there are 2x or 3x point promotions. Sometimes you can get several hundred dollars off during these offers.
I always recommend jointing this program because it’s free, and you get to immediate benefits.
Loyalty And Travel Desk Discount
If you’re already on your Sandals vacation and love your experience so much that you know you want to come back, head over the Loyalty And Travel Desk at the property. They will make your next booking for any Sandals location you choose with at least a 10% discount. Luxury level rooms will typically get 10% off, while Butler Level rooms can get 12% off or more. This is a fantastic deal because you can stack it on top of any 777 Deal, military discount, and SSG points.
Sandals Credit Card
Sandals offers a branded credit card from Bank Of American that comes with many attractive incentives. You get 1 point for every dollar spent on daily needs, but you get 2 points for every dollar spent on Sandals purchases. So if you are using this card to book your Sandals stay and for any extra Sandals purchases, you can get 3-4 points per dollar spent, which adds up fast! In addition, you can get discounts of over $100 off just for using it for your booking. When you first sign up for the card, you also earn up to 20,000 points if you spend $1,000 within the first 90 days.
Tips To Find The Best Prices
Travel During The Low Seasons
Low season is industry lingo for the times of year when there are no major holidays, school is in session, or the seasonal weather is less than ideal. This tends to be late April through June and then again in September through mid-December. These are the windows to find the best deals on both resort bookings and airfare while still enjoying plenty of sunshine with fewer tourists. In contrast, the most expensive period is during the high season, which is from mid-December to mid-April.
Important: Note that mid-August to mid-October is peak hurricane season. While impacts from hurricanes and tropical storms are rare, weather during this period can bring more rainfall (especially September). The best deals can be had if you decide to travel during these months, but it’s critical to keep a close eye on the weather forecast and to consider travel insurance.
Be Flexible With Your Dates
Being flexible with your dates will allow you to get big discounts on not only your Sandals booking, but also for flights. Depending on your destination, you might be able to get better deals on flights on Monday or Tuesday rather than during the weekend. And keep in mind that some destinations may only have flights servicing that location a few days a week. Additionally, if you are flexible on dates, you will be able to look at the availability for the specific resorts you want and choose from the best prices. When lining up the prices for flights and your Sandals stay, the difference of even a day or two can end up saving a few hundred dollars!
Book In Advance
Booking in advance is my single best piece of advice when it comes to getting the fantastic deals on your Sandals vacation. I recommend at least 60 days or more prior to your booking. This is especially true if you are dead set on a specific date for a honeymoon, anniversary, or other special occasions.
Most Sandals resorts have limited capacity because they are focused on a personalized luxury experience rather than quantity, so they tend to fill up well in advance. Starting your planning early also allows for plenty of time to monitor flights and take advantage of lower fares.
But what about last minute deals? Sometimes you are able to snag amazing deals just a few days out, but that doesn’t mean you can’t monitor and plan in advance for your last minute trip! If spontaneity strikes and you want a great last minute deal, then by all means go for it!
