Sandals Group Rates: Special Discounts For Group Travel

There are special group incentives for groups that will book 5 or more rooms for at least 3 nights. The pricing per room will depend on the time of year, specific resort, and room type. Below are the specific discounts that are tiered depending on the number of rooms required. 

• Free Room Credit: Get 1 free room credit for every 10 rooms that are booked by either group code or contract for travel between January 2nd to August 31st.  Also, get 1 free room credit for every 5 rooms that are booked by group code or contract for travel between September 1st to December 20th. Note that the room credit will be applied to the least expensive rooms within the group booking and you can get up to 5 free room credits per group. 
• Room Upgrades: Get potential Club Level room upgrades for Sandals Select guests subject to availability when you check-in with groups of 5 rooms or more.
• Discounted Rates: Book 10 or more contracted rooms with double occupancy and get an additional 15% off the current group rate. To get this discount, you need to create the contract more than 45 days before check-in. 
• Reduced Deposit Offer: New contracted groups with 5 or more rooms will get reduced deposit requirements to hold the rooms. For example, a group of up to 25 rooms will only need to pay a $1,000 deposit to hold all rooms. Groups of up to 49 rooms will only need a $2,500 deposit to hold all rooms.  This is significantly cheaper than on an individual basis. 

For larger groups of 10 or more rooms, the specific rates will be negotiated on a group contract basis with custom discounts. The more rooms, the larger the discount. For smaller groups of 5 to 25 rooms, you can get a group code that all the guests can use when they are booking their rooms individually. Lastly, none of the group discounts are applicable to the Overwater Bungalow Butler Suites.
